Our friendly staff is available to assist you with any questions you may have during your visit to The Mall at Steamtown.
We provide the following services: shopping bags, copies and faxes. Complimentary wheelchairs are available. Lockers, located next to our security office on the second level, are available for daily rental. Feel free to ask for area information, hotel and restaurant listings, or lists of taxis and COLTS bus schedules.
Shopping With Kids?
Rent a single or double stroller so the little ones won't have to worry about keeping up with you while you shop.
Stroller Buddies are available for rental at our guest services desk on the lower level and are a great way for the young ones to enjoy their shopping trip. Choose from three: a yellow taxi, a red car and the Strollersaurus!
Special needs shoppers and families with small children will appreciate the comfortable Family Restroom and Nursery, located on the second level across from our Public Safety office (ask them for the key)

For a comfortable, climate-controlled place to get some morning exercise, join The Mall Walker program. Mall walkers can get into the Mall before it opens to the general public and maps are available so you can chart your progress. Just visit our Public Safety Office located next to the Station Café Food Court to sign up and receive your Mall Walker Badge. The badge will allow you to enter the Mall as early as 7 a.m.
